Our Mission

We strive to provide a safe, engaging and inclusive environment, whilst reducing inequality and raising aspirations through the use of sports and education.

Our Vision

We have three main targets for our education, all of which we work extremely hard to make achievable for all of our young people.

We motivate our learners to engage, by providing them with a reason for learning.

We enable learners to cultivate and acquire new skills and develop appropriate personal qualities to enhance their life chances.

We assist learners to make progress emotionally and academically to allow them to access appropriate progression routes at the end of their compulsory schooling.

Our Values

Our values, here at LS-TEN, are key and underpin everything we do, not only as an educational setting but as an organisation as a whole.

We strive to be accountable, brave, caring, resilient and relentlessly positive.

Specifically within our education department, we believe that our learners, by using the values, can and will become well rounded young individuals ready to face the challenges that post-16 education and beyond has to offer.
