REFUND POLICY
Northern Roll Event Refund Policy

Thank you for booking for the Northern Roll event. Please carefully review our refund policy:

• No Refunds: As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for the Northern Roll event once your booking is confirmed.

• Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of extenuating circumstances, we may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about a potential refund under these circumstances, please contact us at northernroll@ls-ten.org.

• Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that in all cases, we will not be able to refund any bank or service charges associated with your booking. These charges, which total 6% of the ticket price, are non-refundable.

We recommend that you carefully review your booking details prior to confirming, as no refunds will be provided without valid justification under extenuating circumstances.
